I started “cooking” at the age of 5 because my sister was hungry and it was an early Saturday morning and our parents were sleeping. My daddy just happened to walk into the kitchen while i was standing in one of the bright yellow kitchen chairs reaching for a bowl to scramble eggs. He didn’t try and stop me – he just “helped” and I’ve been cooking ever since. He was also a great cook. I’m sure Pete and Gerry (our brother) are feeding the angels some “heavenly” BarBQ! 

My sister, Nikki is the taste testing food critic and our mother “Yes Chef!” Marsha, my right hand, keeps us inspired with her sense of humor, new foodie ideas and special assignments. 

Welcome to Eileen Foods LLC a home based cottage food bakery, in Jacksonville, Florida. We hope you enjoy our start up menu, we plan to expand – adding more tasty treats and seasonal items. If there is something you like we probably make it – just reach out and ask. 

We promise not to waste any of your calories or cha-Ching. We don’t have anything on the menu that is fat or sugar free. We believe in moderation… and prayer for self control.

We’re working on some gluten free recipes – but if we don’t love them, you won’t get to taste them.
